Crossroads uses a third-party platform to manage its online giving forms. This platform allows us to accept donations online, while ensuring the privacy and security of all of our donors. Whether you're looking to donate once or many time, by credit/debit card or directly from your checking or savings account, we have a solution that will help you complete your donation quickly, safely, and securely.

Quick Give is designed to allow donors to give one-time donations, without the need of registering for an account.

To use this feature, visit our donation page and select the Quick Give option from the list.
You will then be given the opportunity to submit a donation via eCheck or Debit/Credit Card, as described below.
If you're a member of the Crossroads family, or would otherwise like to make multiple donations, we recommend registering for an account.

To register, visit our donation page and select the First Time? option from the list.
You will then be presented with a form to provide your identifying information and select a password for your new account.

Once you've registered, your account will be verified via email and you may login using the email address and password you selected.
After you've successfully logged in, you'll be given the opportunity to submit a single donation by selecting the Give Now option, or you may set up recurring donations by selecting Scheduled Giving.

Note: All personal information is stored securely and is used solely to ensure that donors receive the proper tax credits for their donations.
Electronic checks are our preferred method of donation.

To give via eCheck, once on the giving page, select the Use Check icon in the upper right-hand corner. This will bring up a new donation form, with a virtual representation of a check.

From here, you may fill out the form as you would a physical check, including the amount of your donation, the fund to which you'd like to donate, along with the routing number and account number from your bank, both of which can be found on a physical check or often times through your online banking account.

Below the virtual check, you will find Checking Account Information, which asks you to verify the information on your bank account, including the account type (checking or savings), the name of your bank, and the name associated with the bank account.

eCheck donations are limited to being applied to a single fund (tithes, offering, etc.). If you wish to donate to multiple funds, separate donations must be submitted.

eCheck donations typically take 2-3 business days to be withdrawn for your account, due to the verification process done by your bank

We also offer the option of donating with a debit or credit card.

On the giving page you are given the opportunity to donate to the funds of your choosing, in verying amounts. Simply enter the donation amount and select the fund from the list. You may donate to up to three different funds by selecting Add Another Fund.

Processing the donation requires the same card information as all online payments, including the type of card (debit, check, Visa or MasterCard), card number, expiration date, and the security code located on the back of the card. The name and address of the card holder is required for proper verification.

Credit/Debit Card donations should be withdrawn from you account the same day, typically within an hour or so, due to the real-time verification offered by your card issuer (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
As an added convenience, donors may choose to set up donations to occur on a regular basis. This is especially convenient, as members can have their tithes and offerings deducted paid automatically based on their pay schedule.

To set up recurring donations, select the Scheduled Giving option, after logging in.
In addition to the standard Electronic Check form, described above, donors must select the schedule on which their donations will be withdrawn.

The Frequency of the donation is how often the donation will occur:
The donation occurs once per month, you may select the donation to occur either on the 1st or 16th of each month.
Twice per Month
The donation occurs twice per month, you may select the donations to occur on either 1st and 16th or 5th and 20th of each month.
The donation occurs every Sunday, starting on the week of your choosing.
The donation occurs every other week, on Sunday. You select which Sunday to start these bi-weekly donation.
The number of Installments is how many time this pattern will repeat. (i.e. A weekly donation in 52 installments will repeat for one year, while a bi-weekly donation in 52 installments will repeat for two years.)

The Start Date allows you to choose which day to start your recurring donations. (i.e. a bi-weekly donation starting on 01/19/2014 will have the first donation made on 02/02/2014, skip the week of 02/08/2014, make the second on 02/16/2014, and so on.)

Note: Recurring donations require donors to register for an account, so they may easily monitor and modify their donations.
